Opened on 12th August by former BA (Hons) textile design graduate,
Nicola Scott, Bunty & Co. Boutique is bringing a little piece of heaven
to Pocklington and helping put the little market town on the map. With two floors of unusual designer fashions, accessories, jewellery and home ware, the boutique is a treasure trove of all things beautiful, a home-fromhome where one can relax and enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee whilst browsing at leisure.

Nicola, or Bunty to her friends, wanted to create a completely unique shopping experience for busy professional women and young mums to escape to, even for just a few minutes, where they could browse, pamper themselves, and play ‘dress up’ in the comfort of a homely atmosphere. And homely is exactly what it is.

Customers are encouraged to treat the boutique as home, whether it be relaxing on the chaise lounge taking it all in, trying on numerous outfits from Bunty’s closet and admiring oneself in the huge ornate gilt mirrors, or rummaging through Bunty’s dressing table drawers filled with pampering beauty products by Rose & Co., customers are guaranteed to enjoy themselves. Shopping at Bunty & Co. is like browsing around a beautiful French house with an ornate carved French armoire on the first floor displaying a beautiful selection of completely one-of-a-kind pieces, handcrafted by young talented designers Blonde And Wise. Browsing around Bunty’s house, one can find fabulous collections by Lisa Jayne Dann (Leeds Retail Awards Independent Designer of the Year 2006), Eyedentity, Numph, Looking Glass and Pink Soda Boutique to name but a few, as well as unique pieces by Bunty & Co’s in-house-label. The boutique also offers a made-to-measure couture gown service, with the help of talented designer and friend of Bunty, Lisa Jayne Dann.
