Pocklington Post, Thursday December 7th 2006 ‘Stylish charity night was the height of fashion’ page 5 The stage in Pocklington Arts Centre was transformed into a catwalk as the town hosted a fashion show.
Nicola Scott, owner of Bunty & Co. in Market Place in the town, organised the night. The evening also included a charity raffle, with all proceeds going to Breast Cancer Research. Prizes were donated by Spirit, Peter Ward’s, the Mouse House and Brown’s Greengrocers. The models were pupils from Pocklington School and Woldgate College. Nicola, 25, said the night had been a huge success. She said: “I was blown away by how well it went. I thought the models were really, really professional.”
