It is Bunty & Co’s policy to treat our customers in exactly the way we like to be treated ourselves. Everybody hates small print but in order to comply with new legislation (EC Distance Selling Directive) we are required to offer you our user friendly ‘large print’ version which we hope will be clear and easy to follow.

Supply & Delivery of Goods

We undertake to supply you with the goods described in these web pages within a reasonable time scale. Please be aware that once the goods have left our premises, delivery time is in the hands of Royal Mail. If you have an urgent order it is always advisable to discuss your requirements over the telephone on 01759 306454.

We aim to keep our website up to date as much as is physically possible, however should we have any difficulties providing you with the specific goods ordered we will contact you via email and keep you well informed.

Although our customers offer payment at the time of placing their order, it is our policy not to action credit or debit cards until the goods are sourced and ready for despatch.

Bunty & Co. reserve the right to refuse to accept your order:

a)    where goods are not available (we aim to update our website daily but it is possible that in any one day we may receive more orders for a particular item than we have stock. In these rare circumstances orders will be dealt with on a first come first serve basis);

b)    where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;

c)    where there has been a pricing or product description error;    or

d)    if for any reason we are unable to deliver your goods to your country of domicile.

Please note:
For security reasons and to prevent credit/debit card fraud, we can only deliver your item or items to the address where your card is registered.

Please note that if the delivery address given on an order is outside of the EU an import tax may be payable on receipt of the goods. The amount payable depends on the destination and may be subject to change. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and Bunty & Co. accept no liability for any payments which may be due.

Unless you have arranged for an alternative delivery service with us over the phone, all items for delivery within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. With proof of posting, signature on arrival and online confirmation of delivery, your item is easy to trace. (Please contact us via email if you require your Recorded Delivery tracking number following the despatch of your goods.) Most First Class Recorded Delivery items should arrive within 3-4 working days of the postage date, with many arriving the next working day, although normal First Class terms apply. We always aim to despatch your goods within 24 hours of you placing your order (excluding weekends), however during busy periods this may not be possible and so we kindly ask that you are patient with us. For our international customers we offer Royal Mail International Signed-For Delivery. Take advantage of the global reach and reassurance that the Royal Mail International Signed-For service offers. With International Signed-For a signature will be taken for your item on delivery at its destination. With this service delivery is possible to just about anywhere in the world.

Once again please note: Once the goods have left our premises, delivery time is in the hands of Royal Mail. Once your parcel has left the UK, delivery time will depend on the mail service of your country of domicile.

Returns Policy

We hope that you will love your purchase from buntyandco.com, however we realise that occasionally you may need to return an item and so we ask that you would kindly read our returns policy.

(Please note that we operate under different policies in-store at our Pocklington boutique.)

We also ask that you kindly read the item descriptions and sizing guides carefully for each individual item to reduce the likelihood of returns which cost you both time and money. Please note that Bunty & Co. is not liable for the cost of returning unsuitable items nor will we refund any postage and packaging costs incurred when purchasing the item (unless of course the item has a genuine manufacturing fault). If you have any questions at all regarding the items listed then please email us or call us on 01759 306454. We will be more than happy to assist you.

In accordance with the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order from buntyandco.com at any stage of the order process for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, (namely earrings, underwear – including tights and leggings, swimwear, beauty products and pet clothing/accessories). You must inform buntyandco.com via email or in writing within 7 days clearly stating your order number. For orders that are awaiting despatch, it may be possible to cancel your order before it is posted to you. If, however, your order has already shipped, you will need to return your purchase to us, following our returns procedure.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Bunty & Co. purchase, please return your item or items to us in their original condition complete with all labels, spare buttons and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please also enclose a note explaining the reason for return.

Note: when trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item, any make-up or tanning products which could stain or any jewellery which may snag or catch the fabric. Any returned items must be free from odours such as smoke and cooking smells and not show any evidence of being washed or worn. We will be unable to accept the return of any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation and be in perfect re-saleable condition. Please note that in circumstances where the returned item is not in perfect re-saleable condition, the item will be returned to you at your own expense. Bunty & Co. reserves the right to take payment for any postage costs incurred returning the item to you from the credit or debit card used for the initial transaction. Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant or hairspray which may tarnish the item. Jewellery must be returned to us without scratches. Please handle with care. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

After satisfactory inspection of your return, we will offer a refund of the goods. No returns will be accepted without your original receipt. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Please note that buntyandco.com is not liable for the cost of returning items, other than under circumstances where the item to be returned has a genuine manufacturing fault. We will refund the total value of the goods returned minus any postage and packaging costs. Please also be aware that certain products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Please note: The item to be returned is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. buntyandco.com is not liable for the cost of returning items.

If the item you receive is faulty or you suspect it is not what you ordered, please contact us via email quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. Please also indicate whether you require a replacement or a refund. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. (Please note that a replacement is not always possible as we often have only a very limited number of the items which we sell.) You have 28 days from receipt of the faulty item and 14 days for an incorrect item in which to return it to us. Upon receipt of your goods we will either refund, replace or repair your item. In the case of a faulty or incorrect item we will be happy to refund your postage costs providing that you supply us with a postal receipt.
